The Big Secret of Seven-Figure Writing

Fab Freelance Writing PRO

Here’s a big secret if you want to make a LOT of money writing… become a marketer.

Tim Ferriss does this brilliantly.

We cover big-money writing in our latest issue of Fab Freelance Writing PRO:

“With issue 39, you receive a short report on seven-figure Internet marketing. Here’s what I want you to take away from this: if you want to write for a (good) living, you need to become a MARKETER as well as a writer. Let’s look at how that’s done.

Is marketing essential for a freelance writing career?

I’m tempted to say yes, of course it is… but I don’t want to give you the wrong impression. Writing is WRITING first. There’s no point in washing garbage.

So the best answer I can give you is “sort of”.

You need to focus on the writing, first, last, and always. That’s your product. However, as with all products, it may be wonderful, but if no one hears about it, no one can buy it. So you need to promote, which is where marketing comes in.

If you become very good at marketing, you can become a seven-figure writer. The best way is to build your platform. The writing business is all about platform.

If marketing intrigues you, you can become an affiliate marketer; we discuss that in this issue.
