Want to sell your blog for $50,000?
Believe it or not, there’s no real trick to it; all it takes is determination and effort. Everything in life that’s worthwhile takes that.
Read this blog post, 6 Lessons I Learned Selling a $50,000 Website:
” Even now, when I think about it, I still get chills up my spine at the sheer amount of money that my website sold for. If I had been a little more patient, I may have been able to sell it for closer to $75,000, especially with the steady $4,000 it was earning per month on autopilot.”
Also, download the free report the blogger offers. He sold his blog for $50,000 after 18 months of effort, and gives you great advice on creating a valuable blog.
What I wish for you: realization
I love working with my writing students.
It thrills me when it occurs to a writer that: I CAN do this. They realize that they can make money online from their writing: all it takes it that realization, and then the aforementioned determination and effort.
It needn’t take much time, either. One SYWON student built an entire PLR content business in 20 minutes a day.
Have you got 20 minutes a day?
I’m sure you have — and if you stripped your life down to its essentials, you’ll have a lot more than 20 minutes a day.
I don’t know about you, but if I know what I want to write, I can write 500 words in 20 minutes. 500 words is two print pages.
Create a blog and sell it
I’ve been blogging since 2000. I own dozens of blogs. I look on every blog I create as an investment. Since they’re investments, I rarely sell a blog. I know that the longer they stay online, the more valuable they become.
If you love writing, I encourage you to look at the opportunities in blogging.
Even if you never sell a blog for $50,000, the knowledge you gain if you give blogging serious attention is worth much, much more than that. It will change your life.
So, have you got 20 minutes today?
Excellent. Go and create a blog.

If you can write, you can “flip” websites. Here’s what it takes to become a site flipper: you get an idea, you buy a domain name, create a site (in minutes), write some content for a site (in a couple of hours), and sell the site. Or, you can keep the site, to sell later, once it starts earning for you.
One writer, who’s well-known in site flipping circles, says that when she started flipping websites she made $100,000 PROFIT in five months, with a $100 investment. You can do this too, once you have a simple process to follow.
