Are you using Twitter? It’s an amazing tool for writers. It can not only help you to find writing jobs, but also to promote your writing services.
Using Twitter however, can sometimes be a royal pain.
Twitter has just made it easier, by launching a new tool, Find People.

You’ll see it in your Twitter toolbar, shown in the image above. Twitter makes suggestions on whom you should follow.
Twitter Helps You Find New People To Follow reports:
“Twitter says the suggestions ‘are based on several factors, including people you follow and the people they follow.’ If you don’t like a suggestion, click the ‘Hide’ link and Twitter will ‘try not to suggest that user again.’
Suggestions for You will also appear when viewing another Twitter user’s profile.”
I did a search on finding literary agents; this is something you’d want to do if you’re in the process of writing a book.

When I hit the Search button, I got these results.

Find People is a very nifty tool; it can help you to contact precisely those people you need at this stage in your writing career. Try it.
