A few weeks ago we discussed turning websites into businesses in our writing tips ezine.
Since then, I’ve had many questions about the process. Here’s the best advice I can give you — stop over-thinking this process and get started.
In this article Web Writing – Turn a Web Site Into a Business » Fab Web Writer: Join The Instant Publishing Revolution I said:
“When you have a Web site, you have an audience of millions all over the world.
Can you turn a simple Web site into a business? Why not try, and find out. You may be amazed when your small Web site changes your life.”
In our web writing training, we give you many processes to follow.
Here’s the thing — it’s impossible to make a mistake with this process. The questions I received were primarily concerned with spending time on a website which didn’t make money. Yes, that can happen.
You can create a site which is a complete and utter dud. It’s happened to me; it happens to everyone.
However, that’s NOT a problem.
If you decide a site’s a real loser, you can:
* Keep the site for links
* Sell the site
* Keep an eye on it; it many surprise you (some sites take time to get off the ground, for various reasons.)
So by all means, if you like the idea of creating sites for residual income, just do it. You really can’t go wrong.
