If you want to build a copywriting business, your first question is usually: “how much do I charge?” That’s a good question, but it’s irrelevant until you have clients. A couple of years ago I wrote this article on starting a copywriting business in a month.
I reread and updated the article, because it contains some great advice. Yes, believe it or not, I’m suggesting that when you start out, you write for “free”… 🙂
