Over the next few months several writers will be blogging their 100 Day Writing Challenge on this blog. Many others are blogging on their own blogs. (I’m compiling a list of Challenge blogs, so please send me your links.)
The big benefit of blogging your journey is that it helps you to write “about”. I spoke about this strategy/ skill/ trick in the second message.
It’s a technique that I hope you’ll learn, and use throughout your writing career. I can confidently say that it’s one thing that’s helped me to overcome writers’ block many times, and when I’ve made it a habit to keep a journal of a long writing project (writing “about” the project every day) I’ve managed to complete the project in record time.
Many Thanks for Your Messages — I Read Them All
I’m receiving many messages about the Challenge every day. Thank you!
I’m pleased that the Challenge is helping you. Julia and I are replying to as many messages as we can. If we don’t respond directly to you, please understand that it’s not possible, because of the number of messages we’re receiving, and time constraints.
Enjoy your Challenge. 🙂
