If you enjoy writing, consider web publishing. It’s a whole new field for writers.
I was reminded of this the other day when I asked a friend what she had in mind for 2010. “I’m going to focus on web publishing,” she said. “I know that once I get a site online and earning, I can create a fast payday for myself whenever I choose.”
“A Web site has a value; several writing colleagues have switched from writing for magazines to writing Web sites – they’re making more income than they did from writing for magazines.”
My friend has given up writing for magazines. She knows that she can keep complete control of her own words by creating her own projects.
If you’re wondering how you get started, check out Flippa, the online marketplace for websites. You may find, as many writers have, that they’ve found a whole new field of writing.
A tip: tf you’re a new writer, get some experience and training in web writing first.
