Interested in writing Private Label Rights (PLR) content? There’s a huge demand for content, so this week, let’s look at various ways in which you can write PLR for hungry buyers.
Take out your calendar
One of the easiest ways you can choose topics for PLR is by focusing on the calendar.
You can find lists of public holidays for various countries easily enough. For example, here’s a list of public holidays in the USA.
At the time of writing, we’re almost in December. Upcoming holidays include:
* Christmas (in its various forms, as celebrated);
* New Year
* St Valentine’s Day
Ideally, you’ll write and promote your calendar-based PLR a two or three months before the holiday, so that you can make as many sales as possible.
Once you’ve created a package of content for a holiday, that package will stay online until you’ve sold the number of packages you decided on. If your PLR is “exclusive”, you might only sell 20 packages. You can choose the number of packages you sell, it’s completely up to you.
If I were creating PLR, I’d create a couple of packages for Christmas and the New Year, right now.
Before you start writing, consider who’s buying your PLR. You can target any audience you choose. I’d be targeting companies which send out mailings to alert customers to specials.
Check your email Inbox, and your postal mail too. Which companies are sending you mailings? What are they selling? You may get mailings from companies which sell gifts like toys and electronics; companies which sell food and liquor; companies which sell travel packages…
Since you’re on a mailing list for these companies, you’re in their target market. (You got on their mailing list by being a customer, or a potential customer.) This means that you understand the market, because you’re part of it. With a little thought, you can write PLR which appeals to this market.
Companies which send out mailings need an excuse to contact their customers. Your PLR provides the perfect excuse.
In Write, Sell and Use PLR: Content is King, I provide you with plenty of ways to sell your PLR.
Now you know what to write, start writing. 🙂
