
For some people, Christmas is a time of depression. You should be happy and joyous, but you just feel as if you’re missing out on something. Is this as good as it gets? (Great movie, BTW, love the dog. Movie clips here.:-))
If you’re feeling depressed, here’s what I recommend:
* Do something for yourself, just for you;
* Write about how you feel for half an hour — writing is therapeutic. Your feelings will change as soon as you give them an outlet in words.
