New Google Sites has launched, making creating your own Web sites using Google’s tools easier than ever.
Google Sites says:
“Google Sites makes creating and sharing a group website easy.
Single-click page creation
No HTML required
Customizable look and feel
Settings for accessing and sharing information
And it’s free!”
I’ve just created a new Google Sites site for Sell Your Writing Online NOW (SYWON) subscribers, and will be building it out over the weekend.
There are so many (free) tools available for writers to create their own sites, it’s unforgivable if you don’t have one.
One point: bear in mind that if you’re creating a site you hope to sell one day, create it on your own domain, rather than using a free tool.
