I write “for free” every day, as do many other writers and online business owners. Many writers find the concept of writing for free hard to grasp, but there are many reasons you should consider spending part of your time writing for free.

Free content is advertising and branding for your writing services

Here’s an excellent quote: Why Are You Giving Away Content for Free?

“…if you want to sell more products or services, you need to develop a reputation which exceeds your slogan, sales letter or promised benefit. Free content is a tool which helps you to develop publicity. It will eventually generate demand for services, products and premium content.”

As a writer, you need to build your name. If you write books, you know that authors build their name through publishing a series of books. However, that’s getting much harder to do, because if your first book doesn’t have a good sell through and exceed expectations, chances are slim that you’ll be offered a contract for the next.

If you write for magazines, you struggle through the hierarchy of local publications and then national publications, building your byline as you go.

If you’re a copywriter, your name is everything. Again, it’s a hierarchy, until you’re writing for international companies, building your name.

The Internet makes the name game easy. Create a blog or two to build your name and brand, so you can charge appropriately for your writing services and products.

“Free” can become your favorite word, as you become well known as a writer.

Discover Private Label Rights (PLR) , a sizzling HOT new way to make money as a writer

The basic idea of PLR content is that it’s content which is sold to people to edit, mash up, or use directly on their Web sites. PLR content may be articles, ebooks, reports, or even audio. It’s CONTENT - stuff for Web sites - in its generic form.

If you can write ten PLR articles in a week, you can make $4000 a week

Sounds weird, but it’s true. Many writers are already cashing in on PLR, and you can too.

“Instant PLR Author: Make Money Writing Private Label Rights Products” shows you how.
