Get a great writers’ Web site fast

I’m always encouraging writers, both new and established, to get a Web site. It’s the single most important thing you can do to assure your long-term success as a freelance writer.

However, most Web site design tools are complex. I previously recommended Google’s Page Creator tool, because it does the job fast, and it’s free.

But there’s a great new tool that’s just amazing.

I’ve recently purchased The Design Dashboard just for the design elements alone. It’s completely amazing for creating professional Web sites the easy way. I think I may just put Dreamweaver into mothballs.

Here’s what I love about this tool:

* It gives you a step by step process to create a site – even if you’re totally new to the Web;

* It includes a way to create site headers that look wonderful – FAST;

* It helps you to write, by giving you templates for sales letters – and if you’re a busy Web writer, you need a checklist way of doing this. I have my own checklists, but the ones in this product are better.

Even if you’re an experienced site builder, The Design Dashboard has something for you. I love it.
